  A/C went out on a Friday afternoon of course! Called Saturday morning and from the beginning the Customer Service was fabulous. Ernie on the phone was pleasant and very helpful, Adrian who came out that afternoon to diagnose the problem was prompt, knowledgeable and delivered the bad news in the kindest way possible giving us several levels of options. Sunday Ernie came out to discuss various options and plans for a new unit. Ernie was also very pleasant and knowledgeable giving us confidence we chose the right company. Monday Ernie and and his crew came out, worked hard, no wasted time and installed our new unit. He was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. No one wants to have to replace an A/C unit but with Garcia A/C I was impressed with their customer service, respect, prompt service as well as their service options and overall knowledge. I highly recommend Garcia A/C if you ever find yourself with A/C or heating needs.
